Hi Fredah, we loved our stay in the nairobi home. We have nothing but pleasant memories from our time there. The staff was so caring and kind. our little girl loved her time there and specially the dog Jackie! Our room and space was so comfortable and was very nice to come home to at the end of the day after our running around.
The only thing we would like to see better next time is a more reliable internet in the guesthouse where we stayed. It’s so important to stay connected while we are away and having the internet at the main guesthouse only made it hard to be able to use it at night.
Your staff was very friendly and we always felt safe there.
You made our stay in the Nairobi house so comfortable and safe. Thank you Fredah for taking such great care of us while we were there. I really look forward to our return trip and spending more time at the home. It was perfectly located outside of the main business district of Nairobi, yet close enough for trips in and around the city. Thank you again.
